Our History

Elevate Living was formed in 2010 to bring a new perspective to multi-family property management.

We have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for continual process improvement, which allows us to attract the best and brightest professionals from a variety of industries. Our diverse backgrounds come together to create a dynamic management style for our communities and the thousands of residents that call them home.

Our People
Bradford M. Pleimann – President
Bradford M. Pleimann – President
Brad is President of Elevate Property Management and is responsible for all aspects of the company, including the planning and execution of overall strategy. He is actively involved in executing the acquisition and growth plans of the parent ownership group. Additionally, Mr. Pleimann oversees the day-to-day administration of the company through the financial reporting, asset management, marketing, and human resources functions.

Prior to joining Elevate in 2013, Mr. Pleimann enjoyed a 20+ year career in the Investment Banking Industry. Most recently, he was Managing Director & Head of Equity Trading at Piper Jaffray, Inc. where he was responsible for the structuring, staffing, and daily operations of the firm's $100MM equity trading platform. Mr. Pleimann was a member of the firm's Market & Credit Risk Committee with direct risk management oversight for all client and proprietary capital commitments.
 
In addition, he was responsible for the firm’s commission management and soft dollar trading offering as well as providing compliance and regulatory supervision for all equity and equity related business lines.

Prior to him joining Piper Jaffray in 2004, Mr. Pleimann was Managing Director & Co-Head of Listed Trading at Banc of America Securities in San Francisco, CA. where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firms $200MM listed trading platform.

Mr. Pleimann has previously served as a member of the Minnesota Opera’s Board of Directors. He was also a member of the SIFMA Equity Markets and Trading Committee from 2007 -2013.

Mr. Pleimann received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Vice President of Finance
Kyle oversees the Accounting department at Elevate Living and has been with the company since 2011. He has held the roles of Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, and currently VP of Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota.
Anji Kelderman – Director of Property Management - East Region

Anji graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Business Management. Anji has spent a majority of her career in senior leadership roles and currently oversees our East Region which includes properties in Iowa and Missouri. Anji has been with Elevate Living since 2017.
Julie Williamson – Director of Property Management - West Region

Director of Property Management - West Region
Julie joined Elevate Living in 2013 as a Property Manager. Since 2017, she has served as our Director of Property Management for our West Region, which includes Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota. Julie brings over 20 years of multifamily property management experience; spanning 5 states and specializing in conventional properties.

Tom has been with Elevate Living since 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in various maintenance related roles. He currently oversees maintenance at all of the properties owned and operated by the company.

Landon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Winona State University. He has experience in various industries in B2B and B2C marketing roles. Landon has been with Elevate Living since 2018 overseeing marketing and communications for the company.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Hamline University. Ashley has been with the company since 2018 and works on Elevate Living’s human resource related matters, employee benefits, and recruiting for the company.

Eric has been with Elevate Living since 2017 primarily focusing on revenue and data management.

Tom has been with Elevate Living since 2016 and has over 15 years of industry experience. Tom oversees a variety of items for the company including capital improvement projects, HUD related projects, and insurance claims. He holds several industry certifications and qualifications.
